wedding flowers for James & Heidi

Me and my sister Katie did the bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres for a wedding this weekend. It was probably the easiest wedding we've ever done since we didn't do any other arrangements. James is my husbands uncle, and his new wife, Heidi, was the most beautiful bride I've seen in a long time!

there were 2 bridesmaids bouquets and 2 junior bridesmaids bouquets

I hope everyone enjoyed their fourth of July- we sure did!! Me and my sisters threw my mom a birthday party yesterday. We tried to surprise her, but she was too smart for us :) Happy birthday anyways, mom! I'm sure there will be pictures of the party soon, either on here or Sharlas blog :)

wedding flowers for Kelly and Hans

Wow, I haven't updated my blog in way too long! We've been busy, and had computer issues.
Hopefully with a fixed computer and summer vacation starting at the end of this week I'll be a better blogger :)

This past weekend my sister and I had the honor of doing wedding flowers for a sweet bride and her new husband. We were thrilled with the colors the bride chose- pink and orange.

One of the bouquets. We used ranunculas, roses, dahlias, poms, berries and hydrangeas.

The grooms boutonniere was an orange ranuncula, with a tiny sprig of hydrangea... very simple

These were the little mini mothers bouquets we made instead of corsages. They were so sweet :)

We strung crystals from fishing line and attached them to the centerpieces for a sparkly touch

For the reception we made two different kinds of centerpieces, one tall and one low. There
were 30 altogether!

This was a fun wedding to do!

wedding flowers for Christa & Lars

Me and my sister, Katie, had a very busy weekend! we did the wedding flowers for one of the most beautiful wedding I've seen in a long time! I just loved the way they did the lighting in the tent, and the natural beauty of the surroundings made it perfect for an outdoor wedding! It was a lot of fun to do the flowers for this wedding... lots of work, but fun too!

She had 20 tables under the tent, and the bridal table

this was a centerpiece on the bridal table

and this was a centerpiece on one of the other tables

the bridal table... so pretty!

this was the isle- It was so naturally beautiful it
didn't really need much decor. We just did 4 hanging poms
that hung from shepards hooks, and the two urns at the front.

these were the two urns at the front... I didn't get any shots of the
bouquets or the hanging poms, but maybe I can grab some from
someone else who was there... (hint, hint...anyone?)

so that was what I've been doing for the past several days!
And today I get to go hang out at my nephews/Godchilds 1st birthday party-
The perfect end to a busy week!
